General info

The "Profile Preview" feature in CRM and RockenTalent (RT) allows users to get a quick overview of candidate information. The "General Tab" displays a hero block with the candidate’s name, job title, salary expectations, and other key details. When scrolling through the profile, the hero block transforms into a smaller, sticky element that stays at the bottom of the screen.

When shared in the process, this block and the top blue block also provide buttons for indicating interest in the candidate and other actions like sending follow-up questions. Downloading their profile as a PDF is available all the time.

User story

As a company user,
I want to see a hero block in the "General" tab that displays the candidate’s key information and transforms into a sticky footer while scrolling,
So that I can continuously access the key details and take action while navigating the profile.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: Display candidate hero block
Given I am viewing a candidate profile in the "Lebenslauf" / “Resume” tab
When the profile is displayed.
Then I see a hero block with the candidate’s name, job title, PDF, and key details.

Scenario: Candidate don’t have a photo
Given I am viewing a candidate profile in the "Lebenslauf" / “Resume” tab without photo
When the profile is displayed.
Then I see a hero block with the candidate’s name, job title, PDF, and key details but without photo.

Scenario: Show buttons for actions
Given I am viewing the hero block
When I need to perform actions. When the profile is in the Process, in status “shared” and open from the Email sent to the company (contains the token)
Then I see the some information as in the usual display but also with buttons for "Interview vereinbaren" / ”Arrange interview” , “Nicht interessiert” / “Not interested”, and "Rückfrage stellen" / “Ask a question”.

Scenario: Action button "Interview vereinbaren" / ”Arrange interview”
Given I want to Invite the candidate to the interview
When I click on the "Interview vereinbaren" / ”Arrange interview” button
Then the modal window is shown with suggested time for interview

When I selected type of interview (not mandatory)
AND select interview slot (not mandatory)
AND enter my contact details (not mandatory)
AND click “Fertig“ / “Done”
Then process in CRM will be changed to the status “Company Accepted“
AND show a successful message in a modal
AND see on the page the info that you approved the candidate “Dieses Profil wurde zu einem Interview am 21. Januar 2024 eingeladen.” / “This profile has been invited to the interview on January 21, 2024.”
AND "Interview vereinbaren" / ”Arrange interview” and “Nicht interessiert” / “Not interested” buttons have disappeared from the page
AND see the disable with the text “Interview vereinbart“ / “Interview arranged”

Scenario: Action button “Nicht interessiert” / “Not interested”
Given I want to reject the candidate
When I click on the “Nicht interessiert” / “Not interested” button
Then see the modal with rejection reasons

When I tick any checkbox
Then see the text area below in the modal

When I click on button “Fertig“ / “Done”
Then the modal is closed
AND see on the page the info that you rejected the candidate “Dieses Profil ist am 21. Januar 2024 abgelehnt worden.“ / “This profile has been rejected on January 21, 2024.“
AND process will be changed in CRM to status “Company rejected”

AND "Interview vereinbaren" / ”Arrange interview” and “Nicht interessiert” / “Not interested” buttons have disappeared from the page

Scenario: Action button "Rückfrage stellen" / “Ask a question”
Given I want to ask something about the candidate no matter the stage of the process
When I click on the "Rückfrage stellen" / “Ask a question” button on the page
Then the modal window is shown with not mandatory fields

When I click on “Fertig“ / “Done” button
Then the modal is closed
AND I don’t see any messages
AND the process status will be changed in CRM to “Inquiry: Company“
AND “interested” and “not interested” buttons have NOT disappeared from the page

Given the process is not started yet
When open profile preview page (most likely from CRM)
Then user doesn’t see any buttons “Ask a question” / ”Arrange interview” / “Not interested”

Scenario: Move mouse out of the window
Given I want to close the window
When move mouse out of the window
Then see the modal window that suggests action buttons

Compare with the page buttons:

"Rückfrage stellen" / “Ask a question”

“Nicht interessiert” / “Not interested”

Scenario: Download PDF
Given I want to download the candidate’s profile
When I click on the "PDF download" button
Then the profile is downloaded as a PDF file with a link to the digital profile, with a token in case pdf downloaded from the shared profile.

Scenario: Sticky hero block during scrolling
Given I am scrolling through the candidate profile
When I scroll down the page
Then the hero block transforms into a sticky footer at the bottom of the screen with the same buttons available.

Scenario: Responsive design
Given I am using the RT platform on different devices
When I view the hero block and sticky footer
Then both elements should be responsive and display correctly across devices.
