Candidates will have the option to suggest new skills during the interview process if they cannot find the required skills in the current list.

User story

As a candidate
I want to suggest a new skill during the interview process if it doesn’t appear in the search results
So that I can include all my skills in my profile

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: Missing Skill During Interview
Given: The candidate is completing their RockenTalent interview
When: They search for a skill and it’s not found
Then: The option to "Suggest New Skill" is shown.

Scenario: Submitting a New Skill Suggestion
Given: The "Suggest New Skill" button is clicked
When: The candidate fills out the suggestion form
Then: The suggestion is successfully submitted and logged for review.
