This feature allows candidates to suggest a new skill to be added directly from their RockenTalent profile, ensuring their abilities are fully represented.

User story

As a candidate
I want to suggest a new skill in my RockenTalent profile if it’s not available in the existing list
So that my profile accurately reflects my skill set

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: Searching for a Skill in Profile
Given: The candidate is updating their RockenTalent profile
When: They search for a skill and it’s not available
Then: A prompt displays with the option to "Suggest New Skill".

Scenario: Form Submission for New Skill
Given: The candidate selects the "Suggest New Skill" button
When: They fill out the form and submit it
Then: The new skill suggestion is logged and ready for administrator review.
