This user story focuses on the ability for recruiters to manually change the candidate’s status from "Scheduled" to another status, such as "Rejection" or "Active," after the interview process is completed or if the interview is canceled.

User story

As a recruiter
I want to manually change a candidate’s status from "Scheduled" to another status
So that I have full control over the candidate’s progression after the interview

Acceptance criteria

Scenario: Manual Status Override
Given: The candidate’s status is currently set to "Scheduled"
When: The recruiter decides to change the status to "Active" or "Rejection"
Then: The recruiter can manually update the status without restrictions.

Scenario: Update After Interview Cancellation
Given: An interview has been scheduled but is later canceled
When: The recruiter manually changes the status to "Interview"
Then: The candidate’s status is updated accordingly and is visible in the CRM.
