General info
Add the logic of the Candidates with processes on status “on-hold”. When Talent profile (candidate) are on hold, meaning that they have a final job offer via one of our processes, they should be recognizable as “on Hold”. (A Process of them has the status “offered”)
These candidates shouldn’t be extensively requested anymore, as it might lead them to deny the job-offer the already got.

As a CRM user
I can’t create the process with candidates that have final steps in the other processes
So that helps to work with candidates who are in active search and also not interfere with the completion of other processes as well
