Administrators can review all skill suggestions made by candidates through the RockenTalent platform. This functionality ensures that relevant skills are added to the database.

User story

As an administrator
I want to review suggested new skills submitted by candidates
So that I can evaluate and decide on adding them to the skills database

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: Administrator Notification
Given: A candidate suggests a new skill
When: The skill suggestion is submitted
Then: The administrator receives a notification with the details of the new skill suggestion.

Scenario: Skill Suggestion Logging
Given: A new skill suggestion is made
When: The skill is logged in the system
Then: It is recorded in a reviewable list within the CRM.
