The CRM system will be enhanced to support localized attachments for emails. This feature will enable CRM users to send language-specific PDF attachments based on the recipient’s preferred locale. By implementing this, the CRM ensures that recipients receive relevant and localized information, improving the clarity and effectiveness of communication. Users will be able to upload and manage multiple attachments, each associated with a specific language or locale, within the email template settings. Additionally, default attachments will be available for unsupported locales, and preview options will allow users to verify the correct attachment before sending.
User story
As a CRM user,
I want to be able to attach different PDF files to emails based on the recipient’s language or locale,
So that I can send appropriate, localized content to recipients in their preferred language, ensuring clear and effective communication.
