The "Under Construction" page in the CRM is displayed when certain pages or sections are temporarily unavailable due to design updates, maintenance, or other necessary actions.
User story
As a CRM user,
I want to see a clear "Under Construction" page when a section of the CRM is unavailable,
So that I am informed about ongoing updates
