The Help Center is designed to provide users with support and information on navigating and utilizing the Rocken® platform. It should include an intuitive structure, comprehensive articles, and quick access to solutions for common issues. The Help Center will consist of various elements such as a header, search functionality, category navigation, a list of topics, detailed articles, and additional resources.
The overall goal of this epic is to ensure that users can quickly find answers to their questions and resolve issues on their own. This epic includes designing and implementing the header, category navigation, and search functionality, as well as optimizing the content structure for easy access to articles and resources.
