General info

This epic focuses on developing a specialized process type called "Process by download" for the CRM system. This process type streamlines application management by enabling CRM users to handle certain applications through downloadable files instead of the usual digital sharing flow. The goal is to allow CRM users to manually switch application statuses and download a ZIP archive containing essential documents, such as a cover letter and profile, to be shared outside the CRM environment.
