User story

As a website user
I want to contact the support in a very fast way on the 4th checkout step in case any payment methods are not available
So that helps users and the support team to solve this problem in a manual way

Acceptance criteria

Given: During checkout registration form go to the 4th step

When: In the admin panel the stripe is deactivated
AND user added to correct or not fit mobile number for payments by Strex

Then: see the contact us button

Given: During checkout registration form go to the 4th step

When: Click on the button “Kontakt oss“

Then: the button “Kontakt oss“ is disappeared and user see green text “Takk, din henvendelse er mottatt! Du vil bli kontaktet innen kort for å fullføre bestillingen.“

Given: During checkout registration form go to the 4th step

When: Click on the button “Kontakt oss“

Then: the email send to the support with text:
Misslykket betaling fra kunde
(client name)
(client email)
(client phone)
(products in the cart)
(price of cart)
(adress)
(Post code)
Link to the wordpress order in the admin panel
