  • Communication cases + onboarding for new PMs – in progress; will work with Tanya on creating processes for their probation period in Hurma

  • RiefMedia – divided projects between Anya and Nastya; will notify RiefMedia regarding our management changes this week (Nastya will be responsible for the particular projects, and I’ll be responsible for the delivery projects in general)

  • Projectrak – had a presentation last week, PM team is already notified that we should update status there, have few adjustments for the update process in Projectrak, plan to work with it this week and send the instructions for the whole team

  • Support portal (JIRA Service Management) – Givi worked on automations last week and we reached a limit of the rule execution (there are 100 rules / month in the Free version), so I believe we need to upgrade it for the future (63$/month – Standard plan with 500 rule counts and 141$ – Premium 1000 rule counts)
    No need to upgrade it for now, since it be renewed from next month and for testing/implementation process it’s okay
