Jira administration

  • Changed permission schemes for all projects (now projects are private, and team which working on the project should be added to Jira project to have access for it) – also thought to prepare the automation for adding Alex, Slava (maybe someone else) by default to each project, but for now the easiest way I can imagine it’s ask each PM to add all needed people to their existing projects and continue to do it for all new projects

  • Noticed that there are too many projects, which are simply empty or out-dated – plan to discuss all projects with each PM directly this week and clean the space (we would need list of actual projects for better reporting and using Projectrak)

Time tracking integration + Jira features & automation

  • Presented Tracking process documentation

  • Integration of the dev/QA/PM teams should take place this week, Slava would help me with monitoring the process / progress

Support process

  • Need to decide if Ira’s estimation is acceptable for us, as for me I believe it’s OK for such scope of work

  • Additionally need to discuss the workflow and projects to start with

  • Regarding my support projects which I can handover to Olya – I thought about RiefMedia support projects, like CredHub, ServeFirst, .. – there are not often requests and Artem is a dev (as I saw, they already worked together)

  • Working on Support doc (need Service Management implementation to be completed)
